Field Officer position open with the ABGC’s Grower Support (Biosecurity) Team
The Field Officer plays a key role in ABGC’s Grower Support (Biosecurity) Program by conducting on-farm surveillance activities and building trusted relationships with banana growers.
This role is approximately 90% field-based and focuses on detecting and managing Panama TR4 and other biosecurity risks. However, Field Officers are also expected to communicate effectively with growers, contribute to biosecurity knowledge sharing, and represent ABGC’s values in the field.
